Her classes blend slow, intentional Pilates flows with equipment-based strength circuits that build power, endurance, and noticeable results. Albina’s calm, encouraging guidance makes her workouts both challenging and approachable, helping you reconnect with yourself while pushing your limits.

Veronica Codarin, known as Veronica Rocca, is a pioneer in natural facial rejuvenation.
After earning a degree in Nursing Sciences from La Sapienza University in Rome, she specialized in aesthetics and medical aesthetics, achieving top honors. Her experience with leading international plastic surgeons led her to create FaceTraining®, a revolutionary method of self-massage and facial exercises that promotes natural beauty without surgery or injections.
